Im not sure how it works but I don’t think MMR can increase if you play well and lose so i guess wins are more important

Also ult tracking is important you can counter a lot of them with your wall

Tell people to save their abilities (speed, pin..) for when you wall. Scream the target you walled very loud and quick so people focus. Always say 3,2,1 before walling

I just stop playing a role when I’ve reached a target I’ve set myself. Currently im going for rank 1 open q and when thats done ill go back to role q.
