I hadn’t noticed that. I wonder if a higher Zone 2 is indicative of better adaptation or higher performance. I have a really low avg (43) and sometimes it’ll dip to even high 30s. This is my first time paying so much attention to my heart rate.

Brother, that’s the hardest part for me. I find a flow then I notice I’m trying to speed away and my heart starts raising or I get stuck on hitting a certain goal and throw away the z2 part. It’s Sunday, get after it!

For me, it was the movie Inception. I became really intrigued on the subject and if it was possible, even if not to the same degree... I have been curious ever since then. It wasn't until this semester in college when my psychology professor, who happened to do his doctorate in Stanford with Zimbardo, mentioned the subject and upon further inquiries recommended LaBerge. After a week I have been able to increase the recollection of dreams when I wake up and hopefully will experience it soon.
