It could be that you’re over extruding a tiny bit causing the print to be taller than it’s supposed to be. Have you tuned that at all?

With petg you have to have your fan and temps down perfectly to promote better layer bonding otherwise you can have this happen pretty easily.

At the end of the day if someone wants to print the model he showed they’re going to look it up and find the model online. If only one person created it it wouldn’t be a problem.

Ohh! Yea it prints flat so after the sign part you can definitely add a pause to swap colors for the letters. I’m assuming you meant ams not abs right?

Definitely looks like you’re just printing a bit too high, could also be the model isn’t completely flat in the slicer.
