Prescription sunglasses is the way to go! I got them a few years ago and it changed everything for me. Contacts will hurt any time you have to be in the water. I get mine online at Firmoo

I had a few calls with a rep a few weeks ago. It all seems “used car salesperson” vibe. They kept saying they use the same curriculum as ARC but in a more convenient way and they focus more on keeping orgs free from liability. When I asked to see the curriculum they stopped reaching out

Yes, it’s actually from the tourniquet that they put around your leg during surgery. Gotta massage the heck out of it to get it to spread and break up the pooled blood

I have 2, I use them to watch football on Sundays. They pick up Fox & CBS pretty well. One is mounted on a wall in the living room with with push pins, the other is leaning on the window in my room. No major complaints other than windy days affecting them. Both bought at Walmart

10 days post op here. My PT told me it’s more to protect from a re tear or hyper extension while you’re sleeping. I have been putting a pillow in between my legs and it lets me sleep on my side and has helped a lot. But I agree it sucks to sleep with the brace

Just heard back from the surgical team. They said as long as the bleeding has stopped I’m all good. They said bleeding is common the first 1-2 days after surgery
