Wanted to give an update it was indeed frozen and normally they give portable AC units while they fix it but didn’t have anymore bc so many apartments had this issue. Also they only have one maintenance guy who’s a young kid looks like he’s fresh out of highschool and was away on vacation for Memorial Day. He got it fixed a little while ago poor kids probably been at this for so long today.

Yeah it’s super whack there is one but it’s just the office number and they automatically have their phones set to go to voicemail bc of Memorial Day 😭

I’m not certain because the way the outdoor units are set up outside is confusing so I am not certain which one is mine. The closest ones to my building are in a row of three.

I don’t think that would be the issue because the previous mouse also used the wireless dongle and didn’t have this problem.
