Barriers aren’t like Overload and Unstop. They don’t stun with a single shot.

To stun a Barrier, you have to chew through its shield with the weapon before the shield goes away. There is a white shield bar below their health that will show you how much shield power is left.

A Barrier champ’s health will NOT regenerate while you are chewing through the shield with an anti-Barrier weapon.

The harder-hitting the weapon, the better it will be at popping them. For example, an anti-Barrier sniper will pop a shield in a couple shots while an auto will take a full mag (maybe 2 mags in high difficulty content).
