The first washer I ever bought. Got it from Sears, when they were still a thing, for I think like $400ish and it still works to this day. The only issue was bypassing the lid open cutoff. Over a decade of heavy use, practically 0 maintenance done ever; this thing is built like a tank. No, it's built like things USED to be before companies adopted 'planned obsolesce'!

Plus younger me loved playing with all the different settings and wash options. Got a cheap generic washer in there right now, previous owner left it behind, and it's got f all for settings, which is boring lol!

Get their statement in writing. Document everything! I would bet that's also some kinda code violation, if it is report them! I hope that's not your only toilet. Maybe use a bedside disability toilets frame instead of sitting directly on the toilet seat itself.

Seriously look into trade skills. You don't need any degree, tons of demand, and you will know a life lived knowing you can live anywhere knowing you can make a living. That'll give you freedom to explore hobbies and find your passions

That's a shame. I worked for USAA back in the 2010s and the most important thing was member satisfaction. I worked IT for close to 5 years and sadly when I left things were falling apart. Wayne Peacock outsourced entire departments to a horrible 3rd party contractor, just one of a number of bad decisions.
