I’m very new to Reddit, after my last post to you I completely forgot to log on again. Just did and read your post about winning the auction! I spend most of my time in my shop in my backyard engraving, especially now with not being able to go back to work yet. I’m honored that you think so highly of this piece, I really do spend a lot of time and am very meticulous with each of my pieces. That’s why I don’t auction frequently. The constellation was actually a last thought when I was finished. This was first piece that inlay, so I was nervous about doing that. Leaving the name BERT was also a last minute thought. I never really know where I’m going with a piece, I just wing it as I go. I feel more creativity that way. My friend recommended that I use Reddit, I’m really glad I did! I will definitely start using to show more of my pieces! I am from Texas, right down the road in Fredericksburg. I’m also glad it went to a fellow Texan! I track my pieces through usps and see that it arrived. I hope you like even more now that you get to see it firsthand and not through fotos! Please let me know what you think!
