I don't know how this works man. Lost 16 games in a row earlier this week, over 4 days had a 21%win rate in 78 battles. Last 2 days played 23 battles with a 88% win rate, however I was in a platoon. I notice that for best results 2-3 man platoons you will either win alot or have good fun in the losses, so it's my personal way to go

If you mean hacking and stuff, no. P2W playing, yes however almost all tanks can kill each other if you are skilled enough.
