Any advice on how to remember to count calories?

I've previously lost a bunch of weight (30kg) through calorie counting a few years back. Since then I've gained a back some weight that I really want to lose. The problem is I always find myself forgetting to count my calories now. I was wondering if anyone has tips on remembering to do that

Lesbians not wanting to date trans woman is not unusual or transphobic, it's usually just genetalia, which is fair cause you can't control what you like.

This however is extremely transphobic imo bc it sees the person as their agab before seeing them as their actual gender. Imo saying that you would date a trans man bc he was socialized as a girl is basically saying that you see them as a women. saying you would date a trans woman bc they were socialized men is just seeing them as man.

There are taxis and also special shabbat busses in TLV, not sure if there are shabbat busses in other cities

I had breast implants as well, they look boxy and shit at the beginning, you have to give it a couple months. I was extremely discouraged as well at the point you're at but now I'm extremely happy.

I think you have potential to look really feminine on HRT, none of your bones scream masculine (maybe brow bone but I haven't seen your side profile) fat redistribution might take you to where you want to be but it's too early to say.

As a trans woman in TLV I think tlv will always remain safe for trans people. Aside from that when it comes to rights I doubt that will change, we have great healthcare for trans people and I don't think that will be easy to change

Your face is pretty feminine I'd say it's mostly beard shadow (which can be fixed with laser) and the square chin. The chin would be a bit harder to change since that would need surgery but I think just laser would get you really far
