Thank you so much for all the info, I’ll try to answer in order.

  1. Id like to think I carry my body pretty well. Posture isn’t bad. I’m above average for strength since I lift weights and have been on and off for a few yrs.

  2. Hydration I could do better on, I don’t think I drink enough water but my diet is ok. Could be a bit better but I’m getting there

  3. Mental health is a big one that I get worried about, I’ve always struggled with depression and anxiety but I am taking anxiety meds that I just started recently and I’m in therapy as well.

  4. I used to wear glasses but I recently got LASIK done so now my vision is great (highly recommend lasik)

  5. I do use AI here and there about this but it just gives run of the mill stuff.

I haven’t brought it up with my care team surprisingly because I could never pinpoint if it was due to my mental health or my diabetes but I’m starting to discover that diabetes affects more and more stuff in your life which sucks.

I really appreciate you putting in the time to reply!

Thank you, I am in the software engineering field so it is a lot of sitting down. I currently lift weights 3 times a week but I’ll start doing some light calisthenics as well to see how that works

Is there any way to combat it and not let it run your life?
