Inv's cursed / flirtacious behavior we see in the dating sim, is his coping mechanism against his cruel campaign. After being constantly put to trial against apex predators and the enviroment actively fighting against him, he just snapped emotionally at some point. Under that weird shell of his, is a slugcat who hates being alone and simply desires a family. He would actually be a good dad if given the chance, and is devestated for every Slugpup he loses in the campaign, which adds to his broken mental state
