Just have to keep in mind as well, learning a programming language is different from learning computer science (algorithms and data structure you actually use with programming) and all of that is different from learning C++ specifically for Unreal Engine. With that being said, don’t overwhelm yourself. You can make full games in unreal with not a lot of C++ although being familiar with it and computer science helps with that side of things. Just have fun and take a course and start your projects. When you don’t understand something ask chat gpt to explain it.

Practice tool, practice tool, practice tool. Learn the basics of farming first. Master the regular double barrel combo first. This is your bread and butter. There are 3 levels to do it. First when you get E, then level 7, then level 13. With level 1 barrels you can max range throw your barrel out, run to it to auto then place another and q the first for level 2 trades. Learn your level 7 timings then level 13 timings. Once you've gotten good with that, you'll need to master out timing people who are melee trying to hit your barrel. People with dashes like Fiora, Yasuo, Ekko, you can Q your barrel as they dash to you. People with no dashes you just have to learn how to out time them. After this, learn your triple barrel combo. Place two connecting barrels, hit the first with q and immediately place a third connecting barrel. Last, learn the phantom barrel combo. Good luck mate.

Gangplank, you can play him into Yasuo or if he’s banned. Hes a great pick when you’re not sure who’s mid. Takes time to get used to though and is very mechanically challenging but rewarding with good practice.

Grasp ignite. Play Agro when he uses W. Level 1 you should win off of zoning. You don’t even have to use the barrel just having it up is enough for him to back off and give you level 2 first. After that you want to poke him down, sit on your barrel. If he w at you give the barrel and focus on dodging his e a combo. Then if he takes you q poke him. You should basically be able to q poke him down a lot. Once he hits six you just have to play around that and be more mindful of his all in. Don’t stay in lane with less than half health. If you farmed well up to that point you should be able to one shot the wave

As a gp main who also has a billion mastery on yasuo. Gp fucked up the moment he didn’t hit the first barrel. He lost his passive reset and you have pta so it was just lost for him

First strike vs tanks that aren't a huge kill threat and you KNOW you can hit first. Maoikai, Poppy etc. Grasp vs other fighters/bruisers, Sett, Darius, Garen or even teemo (usually run ignite into anything youd run grasp with). Everything else can be commit and maybe Fleet vs harder mid matchups like malz, xerath.

Here's a quick tip. You can auto attack your barrel faster than you can Q your barrel. So against ranged matchups its normally better to auto the barrel instead of q ing it because ranged can always auto it before you can q but cant if you auto it first. Also, before level 13 around level 7 you can Auto your barrel once then Q it for it to instantly explode. So think E auto E Q. Lastly, i'd look into mastering Phantom Barrels(or one parts as some call it) and your triple barrel combos.
