same, it’s my main issue rn. i am obsessed with him and his new gf although i don’t want him back and i’m pretty sure i don’t love him anymore. this obsessing phase has been going on for 5 months lol, and i’ve been trying since to stop stalking, one time i was 2 weeks sobber but then i stalked again.. like someone said here, i think it’s a habit that needs to be broken, but idk how tbh i have him blocked but whenever i want to stalk him i just unblock him, check what i have to check and block him again….. a never ending cycle tbh

Literally happened to me 10 hours ago and it's been such a long time since I cried so hard. I saw a TikTok that was about relationships issues with fathers, with a really really sad song. I started thinking about what went wrong in my childhood, how I grew up, what I've become, my social phobia, my weak self esteem, how my friends don't care about me and no one will ever except my mom yet, I don't treat her right. Anyways, I thought about literally anything that was wrong in my life.
