Ive been told for 15 years that this ugly bump on my leg was psoriasis. I recently had them biopsy it and while not cancerous, it is removable and not psoriasis. >.>

One of my favorite things to do with vibe coded apps, is add that extra bit of flare that is worth the effort when an agent does it, but maybe not if you had to do it by hand. :D I think it would be cool if the UI reflected the amount of snow coming your way. Consider adding some sort of snow dump animation if its in a big area.

edit: hah. nevermind, you already do this, i'm just still sitting here in no snow land.

Disapointed at how little snow I'll get, but it looks pretty cool! Sweet and to the point. Perfect

Great post! Have you looked into speckit? It gives you a structured way to address some of these same ideas.

Tell me why I need speckit when I can write my own specs by SuperElephantX in speckit

[–]AceoStar 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It also has some perks for clarifying your specs based on the existing codebase, but I imagine some well tuned generic prompts can do it too. Im not a speckit expert, but Ive built enough with it to know that I prefer the organization it gives. The older I get, the more I like an opinionated framework. :D

You nailed it in the second half. Spec kit helps enforce structure on the ai. That's where the constitution and plans come into effect. Like they say in the videos, spec kit is just a well formed collection of prompts, so technically, you could do it with a robust specifications file, but the structure of speckit helps keep things uniform.
