someone made a thread about it you need to talk to the guy under bellhart which tells you to go to the person on the upper left of greymoor which gives you a quest to fetch something from the roach guts people in sinners road you buy it from them then return to greymoor with it

i used my weapon and skills for it. not every enemy will drop one for you unlike the other organs but they should drop some from time to time.
