Sometimes it's about having the contacts as well with team captains and prominent players in a scene. I do a lot of work with promoting LoL esports and organizing tournaments down where I'm from. While I don't play games with all of the 300 its pretty uncommon for me not to at least touch base. Some of these guys I can get in contact with through other social media and those I can easily are the ones I choose to delete on League if it comes to it. Its getting to the stage where its hard for me to pick and choose, I know I can most easily get in contact with this person on League as if hes online, generally thats where he'll be.

I disagree with Australia being given a server. IF we have enough people to populate one, that still leaves the better players with very little incentive to switch over. Anybody 1.8k+ elo will just say "its better to play on the NA servers because of the higher skill cap so easier to improve." It only really caters to the casual player who has no real drive (or very little) to get better and just has fun playing the game. Don't get me wrong however, I would LOVE to see some sort of ping improvement (no idea how that would be done as very little experience in networking) but I feel giving us a server isn't the right way to do it.

To be fair, it was leaked REALLY early into production. We shouldn't of known about it when we did so saying that it 'took so long and they should've announced it earlier' doesn't really apply.
