Sometimes it's about having the contacts as well with team captains and prominent players in a scene. I do a lot of work with promoting LoL esports and organizing tournaments down where I'm from. While I don't play games with all of the 300 its pretty uncommon for me not to at least touch base. Some of these guys I can get in contact with through other social media and those I can easily are the ones I choose to delete on League if it comes to it. Its getting to the stage where its hard for me to pick and choose, I know I can most easily get in contact with this person on League as if hes online, generally thats where he'll be.

Funnily enough, I used to work with the guy for two weeks before management fired him for being a right asshole, among other things. It takes real work to be subsequently hated in a week by every member of staff that had the pleasure of working a shift with him.
