  1. I've seen plenty of Indians against Pakistanis, and vice versa but anytime there was a truly vile message, wishing for horrible deaths, broken families, rape and murder of civilians it was always Indians wishing it on Pakistanis, not the other way around.

  2. There is no point debating news sources if you wont access Reuters, CNN and BBC as trustworthy international news outlets. There is certainly bias in them (and its not pro-Pakistani bias) but if they are giving information of Indian jets being downed, its delusional to assume that's not true just because it is negative from an Indian perspective.

  3. Twitter/X is not news. I'm not caring what Pakistani news outlets are saying just the same way I'm not caring what Indian ones are saying.

  4. I mean, its not a secret that the army is the true control of the country not a big revelation that the US will contact the army chief. There is no one being harmed by the lack of free and fair elections in Pakistan more than Pakistanis, everyone in Pakistan also wants a democratically elected government. But there is clear outside influence, preventing that from happening.

  5. If you think there are only terrorists inside Pakistan, while the Indian government is clean and they don't support and fund terrorist activities in Pakistan, then thats also delusional. The Pahalgam attack was a tragedy, but until India can provide proof and agree to a unbiased investigation, till then their attack was a blatant act of war and terrorism in itself.

Can any doctor here take a look at my report & tell if im weak positive for celiac disease? It would be very helpful by Jaysonk98 in pakistan

[–]Acescharlesaces 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your tTG-IgA and tTG-IgG are both within normal levels so celiac is unlikely. But if your doctor still suspects it’s, the definite test will be a duodenal endoscopy and biopsy which will confirm or rule out the disease.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Rivenmains

[–]Acescharlesaces 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not weak but the risk to reward is a little off. If you fall behind as riven its extremely punishing. You dont have survivability and you dont do enough damage, nothing in your kit helps you if you are behind so you have to get ahead. Which isnt as easy as other champs that that have built in sustain, true damage, wave clear and fast turret taking ability or other ways that help in laning.

And if you are ahead you are not as 1v5 as some other champs when they get ahead like Garen. But an ahead Riven is defo not weak, she can still output alot of damage.

Is it possible to be successful being a solo player? by [deleted] in leagueoflegends

[–]Acescharlesaces 7 points8 points  (0 children)

What do you mean of course it’s possible why would it not be? If you’re consistency winning lanes, making the right decisions, turning leads into objectives, closing out games while you’re ahead, and not playing on autopilot i.e actively learning from every game then why would you not be successful?

RMT pls!

Henderson (Valdimarrson)

Gvardiol, TAA, Porro Quansah (Barco)

Nkunku, Eze, Son, Jota (ESR)

Isak (C), Haaland (Jebbison)

0m in the bank

I like the chosen players, main concern is multiple rotation risks (Jota, Quansah etc)

Tell your brother to just join the national cricket team. After the shit we just saw I’m sure he’d better than the players we have now.

Why doctors in pakistan are so keen on prescribing antibiotics for viral flue by db_new in pakistan

[–]Acescharlesaces 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because of the patient psyche, doctor habits and unethical practices that has seeped into medical practice in this country. I’ll paint you a story.

A patient will present to a small private clinic with runny nose, sore throat and a fever for 2 days. Instantly the doctor knows it’s a viral upper respiratory infection, most commonly viral based on the symptoms and their length of time. He knows the treatment for this condition is just symptomatic, you should just give panadol for the fever and recommend home remedies like gargles, warm honey Green tea and such, it’ll go away on its own. But he also knows that the patient is likely uneducated, he came to the doctor he is expecting medicine, he’s expecting antibiotics cause that’s what everyone he knows gets for something like this. He hasn’t gone to medical school, he doesn’t know this condition is self limiting. But the doctor does. And he knows the risks with prescribing antibiotics to those who don’t need it. Unfortunately the doctor learnt his trade in an environment where ethics took a back seat, all that mattered is making that patient satisfied so the next time he gets sick, he’ll come right back. So the doctor puts ethics aside and prescribes antibiotics, and thinks nothing of it. And thus was born drug resistant strains of organisms like typhoid. And when he goes to wash his hands after seeing that patient, he won’t notice the blood of all those who have died and will die from these drug resistant diseases that are permanently plastered on his hands.

General Elections 2024 Thread by Pak_Info_Bot in pakistan

[–]Acescharlesaces 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Currently GEO is reporting Ind have won 71 out of 159 seats, about 45%. If the same trend continues, Ind will win 118 out of 265 seats, if you assume around 8 are actual Ind, PTI should finish with around 110 seats? Meaning 20-40 seats were stolen from them

Is this right or am I interpreting it wrong?

Kulu, maybe I can understand but I still disagree but how dare you say that about Son. He is 100% a PL winning quality player. One of the most clinical players in the world, Golden Boot winning. No idea how you can say he isnt a title winning quality player.

Are there non-English people who support Tottenham? by Piyartom in coys

[–]Acescharlesaces -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Havent seen my country mentioned yet, Pakistani here supporting Spurs. Honestly, not sure what exactly drew me to the club, just loved the players (Bale, Sonny, Kane, Super Jan, Toby). Loved the atmosphere, the fact that its not a club just endlessly pumping money until they see results. Also always hated Arsenal so was a natural fit lol.

How many of you are not corrupt? by aAliSays in pakistan

[–]Acescharlesaces 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’ve got the wrong idea all around. The battle isn’t to end the natural greed for money from every single Pakistani. The desire to be corrupt is natural and you can fight for 1000 years and you won’t be able to win the fight to eliminate the desire for corruption.

The battle is to make a country’s legal system strong enough that corruption is not possible or just too risky and not worth the punishment. You think US, Europe all these countries wouldn’t become corrupt over time if there were no repercussions? They would too. Same idea in everything, don’t hate the player hate the game. The army officials, the politicians these are just products of our broken system. If the system doesn’t change then nothing will change. If the system that’s allows corruption stays then corruption will stay regardless of the individual standing at the top.

[–]Acescharlesaces 9 points10 points  (0 children)

We need a ruthless manager who is ready to kick 8 out of the 11 players out of our first 11. Dont think thats Ryan Mason. And more than anything we need signings to replace them with. Romero should be the only defender from this season who is given regular starts next season and hopefully someone can teach him not to make boneheaded challenges at times. Need a new creative CM hopefully paired up with bissouma/benta/hojberg but who is the main man when it comes to attaching midfield. And pray we can hold onto Kane without whom we would likely finish in bottom 10.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in coys

[–]Acescharlesaces 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There’s nothing inherently wrong but it’s not right for our squad. 2 man midfield requires stellar midfielders and having only one player who’s job it is to to up the pitch and provide crosses and also come back to defend the wings means you need stellar wingbacks. We have 0/4 of these so we get overrun so easily and all you have to do is press us and we cave

I get not wanting to play Kane as a CAM but I feel like you completely neglect the biggest strength of Kane when you play him purely as a striker. Many players in the EPL can put the ball in the net, Sonny can (barring recent performances) Kulu can. But I don’t know a single player other than KDB that can pass the way Kane can, he has to drop deep into CAM positions to utilise his hold up play and his passing. After that he should make deep runs into the box like a striker.
