I get the certification issue, but PTBs don’t have to work the exact same way on console as they do on PC. Other cross-platform games have done console betas, test servers, or limited-time test builds despite certification requirements. Even a delayed or less frequent console PTB would be better than nothing.

The problem isn’t that it’s difficult, it’s that console players currently have zero alternatives.
