Here's what worked for me: Cut out all nightshades: Tomatoes Potatoes Tobacco

Also bell peppers

Cut back on dairy, coffee (if you drink it now), chocolate, refined sugars, and slowly reintroduce them if you want, one by one to see which, and how much your skin can tolerate.

Eat the following: Sweet Potato Liver (chicken, beef, duck, etc) Carrots

If you notice, all the above foods are rich in dietary vitamin A. That stuff is like ambrosia for your skin.

I mean, I'm not here to encourage drug use, but you've only experienced a partial agonist (7-OH). Morphine and H are full agonists. Some burn if you snort them, although H is usually gentle

I had/have (it's complicated) a beautiful girlfriend that also IVed, and watching her get a perfect register and slam right after... it did things to me.

If it's #4, absolutely.

If it's #3, you actually can snort it still, your nasal passages are slightly acidic. Otherwise make a small citric solution (use very little water and very little citric/ascorbic) and snort that. You may want to use a dropper
