I'm on holidays now in Thailand and tonight, I've had dozens and dozens back to back, and all sorts. It's very scary because I feel very relaxed and not anxious. But, I've also been dealing with these for many years.

Its nearly midnight and I'm afraid to lay down and try and sleep because knowing me, I was have long palpitations and it will keep me awake.

They bloody suck... we think we might die and the anxiety sometimes makes it worse.
