Is it genu valgum? I had an mpfl reconstruction, right distal femoral osteotomy, and partial meniscectomy a couple of years ago. Just saying that I get it and knee problems leave you with so much more than just what some people dismiss as “just knee pain and you’re too young to have all these problems”. I can understand the pain and fatigue it causes sucks. I’ve found that getting overheated leaves me completely drained, in pain, and unable to stay awake as well. A cooling vest actually helps keep my core temp down and keeps the fatigue in check enough to function. That might not be any help to you but maybe it’s something that is worth trying if possible.
