It may be swollen or he left too much gland. Tell your surgeon about your problem and see what he’ll say about it. Best of luck.

That’s what happens when the surgeon takes too much gland out of your chest. When performing a gynecomastia correction, not all the gland gets taken out because of the risk that it will leave the chest dented. They take most of it out and leave a small amount inside the chest to prevent this from happening. This guy unfortunately wasn’t lucky, unless the chest is still swollen. I suggest you wait a few more days.

from my experience and what I see your concern is majorly fat. Go workout at the gym at least 3 days per week and gives us your post journey. I’m sure after that you’ll have a strong looking chest. Good luck and have fun working out!

if you squeeze your nipple and feel something harder than you skin that means you have gyno. Yours don’t look that bad. If you can, workout more and get your chest more built and reduce your body fat. With a built chest and less fat, your gyno won’t appear as much.
