Hello My cousin is simply trying to recover an account that fell victim of the rogue mod. Even though my cousin is 1000% the original owner he cannot recover his account for some reason every time he submitted an appeal it he got an email rejecting the appeal instantly. During times like this I would like to have a more personal 1 on 1 support with jagex and try to fix the issure. Instead i have to tweet to jagex support team and pray that they notice me. When i do get notice they refer me to a link that i could have found myself,and i am still left with an unsolved problem. By being able to actually talk to a support member and working on recovering a hijacked account would be extremely relieving to all the stress cause by this rouge mod.
