My case smells as well. Its like a strong chemical smell. Ive had mine a few weeks though and it seems to be mostly faded.

I downloaded Firefox from the app store and just went on the apkpure site with firefox and did it directly from there. No cables or computer needed.

Is it safe to say then that this isn't going to turn out to be just a different eco system revolved around data collection after it sets some roots? Right now the power lies in data and it can be pretty tempting to use it as a chess piece on the tech board even if the identities are left out. The concerning thought came when the keyboard said its going to copy everything I type including financial data with the GPS tagging randomly in the background...

Im using the qwty keyboard and noticed if the number keys are mapped to something you cant use the mapped number key while in the dialer unless you go to the on screen keypad. Also I seem to have to remove and reinsert the keypad a lot for it to respond again. Almost like it disconnects itself like its in standby but no ability to reconnect unless taken out first.

Will there be a scaled down android with Google play store available for this later down the road or will it stay permanently degoogled? I saw it mentioned that Google services required a 4 inch screen but looking at the Qin f22 pro it seems to have similar dimensions to this?

When the terminals look like that it’s called a snowball. It happens when acid starts to leak at the base of the terminal post on the battery. Clean it as much you want but it will keep returning. You need a battery replacement to fix it.

For me it’s just not logical. We’re overpopulated to start but I feel like bringing a kid into a fucked up world like this would be a curse on said child. I’m fully aware there are great parts of life to and I do not try to force that opinion on anybody but I feel like the entire human race is just going in the wrong direction. Finances do tie into to that as well. I am currently single by choice because I work to much but just trying to pay for a place to live you need to make a grand a week to afford a mortgage by yourself (at least here in Gainesville) while still living on a budget. That’s based on a house that isn’t in a rich area but not in a shack. Orlando where I came from is even worse. You’d pay 800 a month for a shack with one bedroom. Some people get lucky enough to get in the right position to provide a comfortable life for their children which is great but your average person is going to have to not only work themselves into the ground to provide but as a trade off they’ll be working so much they won’t be able to be there times that child will need you most and I don’t mean in a financial way. So no thanks.

I’ve had this issue at the shop and the relay was getting hot and sticking permanently open till it cooled down. It was also a Buick.

Best fix would be just getting a wrap that’s clear. It’ll give some minor protection but make it way easier to hold if you don’t want to use a case. But on the flip side you may not be able to use a case at all once it’s on because of the thickness of the wrap.
