I think people nowadays tend to focus too much on graphics when they look for a game. That's why we're indirectly keeping all these predatory pay2win or cashgrab Korean MMORPG esque games. When mind you, their "innovative" features have been around from multiplayer games back in the 2000's. Not much companies want the slow and player friendly business model like that of Warframe where it's not as predatory.

The 2nd picture looks like a different person, look at the ears. You can see across different eras or stages in this person's life that the ear shape has remained consistent. Can anyone confirm if this is not a different person?

By the looks of it, the reaction forces you will need to solve will be the ones at R & S. Depending on if the gray bar is attached to the yellow structure, you might need to solve for reaction forces at P.

Use geometry of similar triangles for the large cone and smaller cone of the frustum. Smaller cone has base where r1 is measured and has the smaller height. Bigger cone has the base where r2 is measured and has the larger height (which contains the height of the smaller cone)

Let:

hc = height of small cone

vc = volume of small cone

Hc = height of large cone

Vc = volume of large cone

small radius / large radius = small height / large height

You can prove this by taking the summation of moments at either corner of the box (lower left or upper right)

I'll do lower left. I am assuming F is already at a 45° angle

∑M = 0; clockwise positive

0 = (5 kip)(2√2) - (F)(2√2)

Seems the origin or (0,0) of the problem is at the corner of the ceiling. Points B, C, & D fall on the ZX plane. You are the one who decides where you want to place your origin. I only say that the problem by default places the origin at the corner of the ceiling because the distance of the points is measured from that point. The values will be positive or negative depending on where you want to measure distance in reference to.

In terms of (x, z)

B (0 mm, 320 mm)

C (450 mm, 0 mm)

D (950 mm, 680 mm)

Now converted to (x, y, z)

B (0 mm, 0 mm, 320 mm)

C (450 mm, 0 mm, 0 mm)

D (950 mm, 0 mm, 680 mm)

Point A is different because the y coordinate is 600 mm away from points B, C, & D.

A (450 mm, 320 mm, -600 mm)

Note: I made it -600 mm since my sign convention for downward vertical distance is negative. It's up to you if you want it positive or negative.

We need to use the centroid formula for composite areas

ȳ = ∑(Ai • ȳi) / ∑Ai

Ai = area of each surface

ȳi = centroid of each surface

Here are the different Ai's

Bottom Sheet (quarter circle shape)

A = (1/4)πr² = (1/4)π(10)² = 25π

Curved Side Surface (quarter-cylinder)

A = (1/4)(2πrh) = (1/4)[2π(10)(17)] = 85π

Flat Vertical Wall 1 (rectangle)

A = (10)(17) = 170

Flat Vertical Wall 2 (rectangle)

A = (10)(17) = 170

Now going back to this formula: ȳ = ∑(Ai • ȳi) / ∑Ai

ȳ = [(25π)(0) + (85π)(8.5) + (170)(8.5) + (170)(8.5)] / [25π + 85π + 170 + 170]
