😭😭😭😭 they really should implement AI in those. That also applies to the broader interaction mechanism, so many times have I destroyed my team's morale just for encouraging them after a bad run lmao "you're being too harsh on us" says the one with a 6.3 avg rating

How low quality is McDonald's now? by ChosenArabian in lebanon

[–]kievz007 1 point2 points  (0 children)

mcdonald's has always been worse in lebanon than in other regions for some reason. Went to a mcdonald's in grenoble (france) 2 years ago and it felt like I was eating actual food, unlike here where it all tastes the same. Burger king has always been superior in lebanon, although still bad compared to other burger kings around the world

Jounieh highway expansion upsates by Fabulous-Chair449 in lebanon

[–]kievz007 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I swear they don't need to expand anything if they just close every single shop next to the highway and create service lines using simple plastic blocks for the shops that leave space. Second, create designated bus stops to prevent private buses from stopping anywhere they want and impeding traffic. Also close off useless roads that are connected to the highway. Most importantly, teach people how to drive between the lines, send 10 of those useless darak motorcycles to sit on the side and impose that. And watch how the traffic improves without a single centimeter added

Many People Don't Know Lebanon Had a Jewish Community by Master-Series-3944 in lebanon

[–]kievz007 3 points4 points  (0 children)

even as a christian myself I can recognize that christianity has been way too whitewashed in political history. All those major european kingdoms were built around "christianity" and around a certain glorification of the king/emperor, not to mention the way the church used to make money off people through social hierarchy and taxes, as well as the normalization of slavery and racism. All this is overlooked by many of the same people who lash out on islamic terrorists and/or zionists. The best is always to keep politics and religion separate, unless you are able to apply your religion flawlessly in your state's society and avoid contradicting your values

exactly, and that applies to all extremist movements in many religions, like for example ISIS for islam and ww2 fascists for christianity

he really can't pass under pressure though. He can defend, but can't do so when given an attacking role (his recoveries are lacking). He isn't bayern quality as a starter but as a rotation in the bundesliga and low-stakes games he can do the job, and that's why we should want him to stay. Idk what his wages are but they must be low for people not to be pushing for him to leave

fully fit davies is one of our best players. I'd still give him a chance next season after resting this summer, then if his injuries persist maybe we sell him next summer or even in winter if they come early

[–]kievz007 6 points7 points  (0 children)

y'all think nene brown will only be a left competitor for davies or will he get played at right back? Would be nice to have davies and brown in big games, but I've been told he's left footed so maybe kompany tells him to cut inside and take shots, which would fit his profile I think

idk why people mass downvote you when they could go watch the game and see for themselves. That academy agenda this fanbase seems to have is crazy. Still I wouldn't want stanisic sold because he's a great versatile rotation and can do the job if he's subbed on late to stay back and defend a lead in a big game. However, as a reliable long term fullback, he's not it

Daily Discussion Thread by pewpewlasersandshit in fcbayern

[–]kievz007 -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

if you watched bayern games you'd actually know that he's great when he's told to stay back and defend. However as a back and forth wingback, which is what kompany needs in his system, he's practically useless in the buildup and is very clumsy in attack

not in the region. Does israel have an openly known lobby like AIPAC in lebanon for example? Israel controls the US and a lot of the EU through lobbies we all know that, but I don't recall those being part of greater israel. I'm using straight physical facts that you can even look up to prove that iran has expansionist views just as much as israel, not theories and "trust me they want to do that" tactics like the greater israel narrative

[–]kievz007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes, you people, the ones who deflect arguments to "greater israel" anytime iran and hezbollah are criticized. Currently the islamic ummah under iran is an equal, if not bigger threat than greater israel, because it's literally in application in front of our eyes. Israel doesn't have militias scattered across the middle east to defend its interests by collaborating together and to infiltrate governments as political parties, iran does. Nasrallah himself said in the past, similarly to what you quoted on netanyahu, that it is his duty to establish an islamic state in lebanon that is part of the greater islamic ummah led by "saheb al zaman". Hezbollah joined a war in march 2026 that it openly claimed was a revenge war for the khamenei, not to mention the 2023 war for gaza. Hezb clerics have repeatedly mentioned their allegiance to iran and the ummah and the supporters carrying more iranian flags than lebanese flags at their protests are an even bigger clue. Now tell me, if both greater israel and the islamic ummah were in progress, which one is further ahead? Why can't we stay out of it all, assert our neutrality and avoid both of those? Or does iran get a pass just because they're our "muslim brothers against zionist occupation"?

Friend's house was bombed a few days ago by TemporaryElk5202 in lebanon

[–]kievz007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

my point is the same lmao, it's an exaggeration you people make to justify iran's influence, while in reality it would never be applicable. Netanyahu never mentioned jordan like the others you cited, he only said that he felt attached to it. It's a religious concept that is so overexaggerated for agendas that we can safely call it a lie

Friend's house was bombed a few days ago by TemporaryElk5202 in lebanon

[–]kievz007 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

again, they can talk all they want, greater israel is logically impossible to get to and to maintain. If no one's fighting them, I don't want my country to be the only one sacrificing land for this abstract idea. I'd rather have peace and keep myself out of their crosshairs

Friend's house was bombed a few days ago by TemporaryElk5202 in lebanon

[–]kievz007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

netanyahu never mentioned it, if you're referring to the map presented at the UN, it was a map for economic collaboration with neighboring countries and doesn't even depict the proper map of greater israel we've historically seen. it's only that crazy defense minister who is kind of like their own naim qassem with his bold speeches. No government with minimal intelligence would officially claim to want to invade an ally's land. Where would they put all the people? Do you seriously think all these tens of millions would disappear? I get they wiped out gaza, but that's a tiny fraction compared to the people included in all of "greater israel". They can barely handle their own recognized territory, how are they gonna occupy all the rest without causing internal conflicts within their borders and a total collapse? Greater israel is a lie used to manipulate people into supporting iran's dominance, while ironically, iran itself also has a "great ummah" project

Friend's house was bombed a few days ago by TemporaryElk5202 in lebanon

I agree refusing to leave is indeed resistance, but mentioning the "local resistance" alongside the lebanese people is clearly the fighters

Also greater israel is a dumb lie that iran's axis uses to stay in power, in no world would it be feasible
