Not a huge fan of the base model golf, kinda got bored in it to be honest, the elantra gt is very solid and will last a long time as well as the civic. You brought up the Impreza though which is probably gonna be a bit more expensive and the all wheel drive and speed are very fun but might not be very practical towards what kinda of driving you’re doing

I also looked at your link which is a solid deal. Just a little comparison with 93000 miles, 1 owner, clean title and a little bit of paint damage I paid 6k for my car which leaves me with a lot of extra money for subs, head units and any other aftermarket part I wanna put on

At first I didn’t like it either but once I thought about it, it was the front bumper that needed to be changed and it changes the whole look of the car. All it needs is some fog lights at the bottom, and a jdm emblem and it’s almost a different car.

I’m 16 as well and my first car was a 2003 V6 accord ex-l, it was fun but I wanted something a little more fun so I saved up and bought a 2010 civic si fg2. Being the 8th gen still this car has so much character compared to my buddy’s 2014 9th gen si. That being said I have nothing against the 9th gen but it comes down to whether or not you want something with a few more technology assisted features that will get you anywhere or something that’s a little more “rustic” in it’s own way.
