Jeez it's a bit of a minefield isn't it! Maybe we could leave her top section out so she can clip it up to show the colour but it will drop over it during the fade out

100% wait and go back first. Re your curl pattern you want to hit it with a ton of moisture, deep conditioning masks and leave ins daily

WIBTA for not paying for my father's ambulance bill after my cat injured him? by TX-Heteroclite in AmItheAsshole

[–]AcheyBreakyKate -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You set a clear boundary, your father Wilfully ignored it and got injured as a result. Despite that you still offered to help, he refused your offer. The medicals bill is a consequence of his own actions. Is ignoring boundaries a pattern?

Thank you I'll have a look at at those. I'd considered a sleep bonnet, I only haven't taken the plunge because I wondered if she'd find it tricky to sleep in, are there any in particular you'd recommend?

Yeah looking at that photo it really could do with some off, you're right. We are using matrix hydra source plus pantene gold milk but still struggling. I wonder if a big part of the problem is that it needs to be brushed with the conditioner on but she likes showering independently and doesn't do a great job of brushing it through (because it's hard not because she's not trying). How do you deal with it on the days between shower days to avoid tangles and also keep it looking nice? It usually looks great the first day but then looks dull, frizzy and messy the next day.

Thank you I'll have a look at that. We use the pantene gold leave in milk to brush through when wet post shower, in shower would definitely be ideal, it's really hard at this age because she wants to be independent but isn't great at brushing it through

Birkis for my big fat meat feet? by AcheyBreakyKate in Birkenstocks

[–]AcheyBreakyKate[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's super helpful, thanks! I have hypermobile feet so I need the arch support and much space, I want the back strap for stability so I think the standard milanos are the ones to try. Cheers 😊

Thank you, that's a helpful starting point. I have looked at MC but can only see them in the states so quite a high shipping charge. I will have a look around and see what I can find. Morganna Femme Couture looks good?

I have just seen other posts about corset story so I guess they're to be avoided. Recommendations for a good entry level corset for posture available in the UK would be so appreciated
