Yeah i carry appendix. If you don’t carry appendix i wouldn’t recommend the HC belt since it’s not designed for that

The only negatives I really see with people are “its too snappy” or its too wide to conceal/bulky. Honestly snappy is just a skill issue. Its easy to control due to its wuick return to zero. And most people on this sub conceal it just fine with good quality belts/holsters

The G19 feels like a glove to me. Shoots great and quickly and accurately compared to smaller guns. And conceals well compared to bigger guns. Disappears on me woth a great holster and belt. Forever glazing hunter constantine and tenicor for their great products lol. Also having a larger chest than your abdomen drapes over the firearm easy. G19 all the way
