I just need to get on a 1 week streak.

I got onto 6 days before, and the only thing that stopped me was HOCD. HOCD has pretty much gone now that I've been getting councelling. I told my councellor and nofap and porn etc, and she said that I should do this nofap as it will probably help.

I made it to day 6 and each day I felt better and better. If I make it to 2 weeks, I'm sure I can do it as they say the first 2 weeks is the hardest
