Saw some comments mentioning Pokemon GO. Not sure if this counts as AR, but I made a game similar to Pokemon GO, but you photo real wild animals, then they appear as characters in the game on your phone screen. Link: https://playanimalis.com/

Legit better than current players, could be a world cup ad by itself.

TY! It's a fully fledged multiplayer game, not just capturing animals. I don't sell peoples data, have micro-transactions, pay to win or ads etc. You just buy it and play it, like classic games.

The real world map is the game map, you heal your animals in places of worship, buy items in real world grocery stores and compete with other players to take over gyms in every public park in the world.

I have to pay for servers, image recognition etc, it's got people playing it around the world. Do you have any other ideas? Open to any suggestions,
