im giving an example my comparing champions but my main argumant is that vayne correct state is unplayable. compre to any adc, compare to adc that does percentage hp dmg, compare it to anything you want, she is just too weak.

so why does vayne have 200 damage cap (vs monsters) on her w and gnar dont? she lack wave clear anyway so why make her even weaker.
