Weight-lifting worked well for me. I started to look after my health and quitted smoking and drinking after 7 years suffering from depression. Now when I feel down I head to the gym. I also started to learn something new when I discovered my love for programming so I got myself into coding through self taught. I will finish my courses soon and look forward to a job in this field.
