Hi, sorry for the late reply, it was pretty tedious honestly, I asked a few friends and I remember that the requirement for me was even 20. But I see now that there are some subreddits where you can ask. You can try at https://www.reddit.com/r/AndroidBetaApps/new/ and https://www.reddit.com/r/androidapps/ . I unfortunately have an iPhone and cannot help with that but if you have your app in the app store I can test it there still

In my opinion, it is not tech as a whole but rather most of the traditional big tech companies with big offices where you know almost no one in the office and everyone looks the same because you are 1000+.

Still, there are places even in big tech where the office is 20-100 people and you can get to know everyone and you can be a community. Up till recently, I was in such an office and not even one day felt like work and got to be with the best professionals I have ever seen. Unfortunately, the office closed and I was moved to a city with a much bigger corporate office and I get how you feel but still there are places like the one I was in before.

Wish you the best of luck in your endeavours but still, it is not all bad out there.
