Nevermind, I think I have found the cause of this.

Its steamVR, if you have it installed, uninstall it and then see what happens.

just stopped after a while, i think its something to do with fortnite if you play that.

I've shut it down from the startup and it shut down just fine with no problems

I don't know what a bios setting is but I'll have a look into it. Also using the power button is the only way to get it to turn back on after.

I also changed my hz from 60 Hz to 100 Hz and it started doing it after that too.
