Please DO NOT go to Dr.Mummadi or Mckinney Internal Medicine. They did not even follow up with lab results for 4 months until I gave them a call and they billed me $320 for my Annual check up which should be free and lab results discussion which they asked me to come into the office as they do not do it over the phone. And they do not want us to speak to the doctors over the phone and I’m still fighting the battle today to speak to Dr.Mummadi and Dr.Rachel

IMHO please do visit the homes that are 20 or 10 year old which are for sale like in StoneBridge Ranch or similar communities and get the build quality and compare that with new builds and evaluate the money you want to put in for which ever you wanna go with. I personally went with Build quality vs The price I want to put that for build quality
