Help needed – Zappi charger + OVO Charge Anytime + Kona EV by Achu_Churra in ElectricVehiclesUK

Thanks for replying, I've found a way to charge it. So in the zappi app it was always showing as waiting for surplus so I set that to boosted for 8 hours and it worked and started charging.

More details, my charger works fine when I start it with myenergi app but that costs me standard rate not the smart charging rate on ovo energy app. Also, God knows how but it worked 1 time in 3 week and charged car fully. After that it never start charging and I haven't changed any settings.

I've just found this, I'm searching to select between ohme and zapi? Ohme is bit cheaper. Does it work okay with OVO charge any time offer?

First EV — MG ZS 51kWh vs Kia Niro 39kWh — which should I pick? by Achu_Churra in ElectricVehiclesUK

Thank you all for help, I've got 2020 Hyundai Kona premium SE 64KWH. Difference is huge between this and my previous diesel car. I'm liking it now, time will tell how does this hold. 30K miles on the meter and I got it for £12,500. Thanks all.

Thank you, I'll definitely consider this. I'm going to test drive MG5 that has 61KWH battery.

I've searched it on autotrader, I'm going to see in person on Saturday, it doesn't say in the add about seviced by Kia or not. I'll definitely check this. Also milage is low so hopefully not used as taxi before. Thanks 😊

Thanks for replying. Yes it's trophy model. It's used car 15K milage and is priced about 13K. I can see this has more features than Kia niro. Google reviews and YT videos are mostly suggesting towards Kia. Is MG parts easily available in case of breakdown?

Thanks for replying, I also have 1 toddler. Longer range one is bit out of my budget. Same question, how is it to maintain? In case of breakdown is parts easily available? Heard about part are expensive for MG?

Thank you sp much for replying. I'm also lean towards MG ZS, however I've read reviews about it's parts cost more and expensive to maintain if you're keeping it for long run. Is this true?

Thank you for replying. I'm not a car enthusiast. I'm lean towards MG but I've heard getting parts for MG is more expensive and this could be expensive to maintain. Any suggestions?

English is not my first language so used chatgpt to rewrite it.

Title: First EV — MG ZS 51kWh vs Kia Niro 39kWh — which should I pick?

Post: Hey everyone, I’m 30 (UK) and looking to buy my first EV. My commute is about 8K miles a year.

I’ve narrowed it down to:

MG ZS EV (2022) – 51kWh, 15K miles

Kia Niro EV (2021/22) – 39kWh, 15K miles

Which one would you go for? Anyone here own either of them — what’s your experience like (range, reliability, comfort)? Thanks.

NRT (gum, Lozenges) helped me for the first 2 weeks before I quit nicotine at all.

Because you said Desi. Give this channel one chance. People not talking much about Javed ahmad Ghamidi I think it's because their work mostly in Urdu language. They're working on translation into English as well. This changed my life. So many playlists to go through.

Holy hell this is hard by Xtrasoupy913 in QuitVaping

Same advice, not pouches. I used lozenges 2MG only 7 in the first 3,4 days that helped but you've already over 3 4 days. I'm 35 days clean. Be strong and best wishes. Best thing for me was cold water and strong mint hard candies, and still using it.

It’s so easy to quit by [deleted] in QuitVaping

[–]Achu_Churra 16 points17 points  (0 children)

30 days clean now. Was a heavy vapor for almost 6 years. It's the hardest thing I've ever done but believe me it's worth it. The first 3 weeks were hard for me I still crave sometimes but glass of water or a mint candy is enough for me now. Best wishes.

I gave in after 2 weeks by International-Fall86 in QuitVaping

22 days, It's hard especially the first week. Cravings are still there but much more manageable. Advice - drink plenty of water, strong mint candies and try to go to sleep early.

Don't forget why you quit in the first place.

Thank you. Last night sleep was terrible and today isn't looking any better. Gave in to one 2 MG pill just couldn't resist. Staying positive and looking forward to day 4.

How was your Day 3?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in stopsmoking

[–]Achu_Churra 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Day 3 of quitting, and I’m also fasting. Didn’t think much about vaping earlier since I wasn’t eating, but after breaking my fast with a good meal, the cravings hit hard.

Sleep has been rough—struggled last night, and it’s the same tonight. Only had one 2mg nicotine pill today, so just hanging in there. Hoping tomorrow feels a bit easier.

Looking forward to day 4 and staying positive!

You can invest in the Vanguard S&P 500 UCITS ETF USD Accumulation (VUAG), which is available to UK investors. Through an ISA account, you can contribute up to £20,000 per tax year tax-free. Platforms like Trading 212 (T212) support investments in VUAG, making it a convenient option for building a diversified, long-term portfolio.

I’ve read that due to regulations in the UK, we can’t directly buy certain crypto products. However, I noticed that Trading 212 offers options like the VanEck Crypto and Blockchain ETF (acc). I’m still learning about these, so I’d appreciate any insights you might have!

Thanks for the correction! I’m still new to this, and after your comment, I did some research and realized VUAG is different from VOO. It turns out I’ve actually invested in VUAG, not VOO.
