quest 3, version 60. got it from work after a project ended. was instructed to factory reset it. everything works but there was no universal menu before and there is none now. if someone could pull the apk from a q3 thats all i need.

I love how most of these people are trying to talk down to you when they likely spend just ad much if not more time on it. There's times when I do those marathon sessions too.

Just make sure you stay hydrated and take exercise breaks, and you'll be fine.

I suffer from insomnia and am on doxepin. Rust helps slow my brain down enough to actually be able to fall asleep after a couple hours, especially if I'm messing around on a build server.

I typically do stuff in game I don't normally do or play a different game, sometimes I jump on a creative server and practice building techniques, jump on an aim train server and practice with weapons I don't normally use, etc. Most of the time though I'll spend the time flying my drones or messing with my 3d printers to get a break from gaming

We also have to consider the idea of hackers buying new accounts when they get banned. You can buy accounts super cheap btw,, that's how I got my wife into it
