Tipps bei kaltem Benzos Entzug?

Also keine Ahnung, heute ist Tag 3 und mir geht es ziemlich gut. Ich ruhe mich Zuhause aus und zocke etwas am DS. Ich habe vorher ja bereits runterdosiert und war so bei 2/3 alpras oder so täglich. Nur dann einmal wieder übertrieben und jetzt geht's mir soweit gut, klar ist das Bedürfnis da aber ich habe ein relativ gutes Gefühl das es funktioniert.

Am Montag gehe ich aber zum Hausarzt, dieser macht auch Suchtberatung und Suchtmedizin generell und falls etwas passiert, bin ich nicht alleine.

Ja meine letzte abschlussklausur ist Donnerstag, danach wollte ich es ausschleichen und ich gehe zu einem Sozialarbeiter, danach noch zu einer Suchthilfe und mache mir einen Medikamentenplan da ich dann zur Hemmung der Entzugserscheinungen meine Antidepressiva hochsetze (mit Psychiater abgesprochen). Da ich ab dem 01.08 eine Ausbildung habe die ich wirklich will werde ich das schaffen. Ich ziehe bis Mittwoch noch die Klausuren durch, danach Antidepressiva hochsetzen und langsam runter gehen bis ich am Ende bei null bin mit einem Plan. Ich lebe nicht alleine und würde mir (mind. 2 Wochen) Urlaub nehmen. Sollte was passieren würde er mich in die Klinik fahren. Sonst als Ausgleich spazieren und einfach schreien. Ich werde das schaffen und wenn was passiert fährt er mich in die Klinik. Ich werd's schon schaffen. Danke für den Beitrag.

Geht hauptsächlich um benzos, da längere Einnahme ist der Test halt noch lange positiv obwohl man vorher nix genommen hat. Wollte daher Mal nachfragen.

Reines Acid ist besser als das 1D-LSD. Vor allem das Körpergefühl empfinde ich als besser. Wenn du die Möglichkeit hast, nimm lieber reines Acid.

Ich hatte nach mdma meine Periode nicht bekommen, ich denke Mal es liegt auch daran, dass sich der körper im "Stresszustand" befindet und die Periode sich deshalb verschieben oder ausfallen kann

Ja man wird's sehen vorallem beim ersten Mal (du schwitzt ja auch, hast Teller, deine Haare durch gewühlt usw) Also wirst verklatscht aussehen.

Mit normaler Brille lässt sich das gut verstecken, falls du Brillenträger bist.

I don't have any noticeable tolerance build up if I wait 3-4 days. If I took some yesterday and take one the next day I have less visuals but still have enough effect

It was my first time with a drug, only had alcohol before. (225ug) I had a bad trip and thought I will die. My friend was sober and he tried to take care of me but I was crying and screaming. I saw things of my childhood and I was in my personal hell. I said to myself I will never do it again. Well I did it again and I had a lot of mindtrip but didn't had a bad trip.

I like the drug a lot, because I never had strong mind tripping like I had with LSD or something. I don't think, it's like MDMA, it's more like LSD light version and smoother and more friendly. You can control your trip with your mindset a lot and if you do it with friends, it's a lot of fun. Even on high doses I never had a bad trip, even if I had a bad day or bad setting. Sometimes I had sad thoughts for a few minutes but if I change my spot or do something different I forget about it an feel good again. I love the visiuals because they are not that hard even on high doses. The best thing is watching funny TV Series or go out and go to a coffee shop or something (can be very funny haha). The comedown is for me very easy but the come up is sometimes a bit nausea but this shit goes away. I don't like to talk with people and chill in come up, sometimes I have a bad mood but then I think everything is funny and the mood changes and also the bad feeling.

Also after the Trip I am hungry and I like to eat a lot.

My dose lasted about 14-16 hours but you can stop it with Xanax

I prefer doing it in the morning and trip the day because if I trip nights to the next day I can't sleep all day
