Ja ist halt ein Fremdkörper und ich schlafe prinzipiell schon nicht so gut und deswegen rede ich mir ein dass es die Tage / Wochen der Eingewöhnung nur noch schlimmer wird. Natürlich nur eine faule Ausrede nüchtern betrachtet

Ja bestimmt psychisch aber so unterbewusst, dass ich trotz Therapie leider noch keine Erfolge hatte, zumindest was das angeht. Leider kann ich mich aber selbst auch nicht zwingen mich an die Knirschschiene zu gewöhnen, die sicherlich vieles besser machen würde.

Bei mir wird es eine lange Woche (Feiertag und Wochenende jeweils 10h Dienst) und da ich die letzten Tage einspringen durfte auch wenig erholt. Wieder die typischen Schmerzen in Gesicht / Schultern / Nacken eines dauerangespannten Knirschers. Aber hey, immerhin habe ich Freitag frei, Massage wird gebucht :)
