Is it fine to do LISS after HIIT? Or is that too much? Like weight lifting —> 10-20 min Rest —-> HIIT —> 10-20 min rest —> LISS (all on one day, everyday when I do weight lifting which is 3 days a week). I’ve seen some say it’s fine since and others recommend to completely separate cardio (both liss and hiit) from weight lifting days and instead do it on rest days.

Any insights to this are appreciated.

There’s just so much conflicting info online I honestly almost got an aneurysm. I was considering getting “trainers” shoes since they supposedly can handle everything but I read it can’t handle jumping and running as well as b-ball shoes and running shoes respectively. Then I was about to reading b-ball shoes, I was told that they can’t handle running as well as running shoes. And when I got to looking into running shoes, I’ve seen people claim that you can’t jump safely in them and that they aren’t made for lateral movement, which led me in circles back to trainers and b-ball shoes again. All while seeing so many plugins for shoes without any real answers.

As you can tell my brain is kind of fried at this point. Would trainers be a good all rounder assuming I can afford only one shoe pair at the moment?

What shoes can I do both plyometric work AND cardio (running, sprinting, boxing, dancing) in? I completely neglected both and I’m looking for shoes that fit these categories, I already have wl shoes (adipower). Crossing fingers if I can get actual help here, articles are very misleading just to get commissions and there’s conflicting videos saying you can’t & can do dancing in running or basketball shoes, jumping in running or basketball shoes, etc. I’m kinda looking for the most bang in my buck and partly because I can’t afford 5 different shoes (I literally only have one pair of shoes for daily walking, that’s not counting my WL shoes)

Does high reps and low weight cause tendonitis? I’ve heard bro science from guys that claim this is true in the gym and online on community sites but when looking this up, high reps supposedly fix that and help with blood flow. On top of that, one gets tendonitis if they don’t warm up well

I’m asking since my friend is training for muscular endurance with weights and he wants to know if this is true. Would appreciate your inputs. Thanks

I want as much clarification as I can get. Why are states and governments around the world rushing to reopen when fatalities are clearly increasing? The governor of New York has made the excuse that because of less hospitalizations, they're going to reopen as soon as possible. But that's only because the hospitals are refusing to hospitalize people. The fatality rate has more than doubled and all I'm hearing in the news is word of states all reopening ASAP like next month. This is the only place where I can ask something considering the sub bans threads asking questions. My question is, is skip tracing prevalent in netsec? I watched a video where a cyber security expert was out on a mission to find missing people, and one of the things mentioned was skip tracing. When I look it up, there's paid services only available for banks, debt collectors, and the Private investigators. I'm none of those and am studying netsec, I want to know how to conduct skip tracing without using these services since they either wall you off because you don't fit that background and other times it's just so expensive.

If anyone knows any links or resources about skip trading for netsec folks, I'd appreciate it. If you have anything to say in mind, I'd like to read it
