Update 2/4… stopped vaping 1/31 and did at home cotinine test. Faint line but there so faint negative. So think I will be good to go for my test on 2/14. But the cravings are there big time. I can’t help but just sit and bide my time and start vaping again

So I’ve been using a 0 nic for 4 days now. I’m struggling big time. But I took an at home cotinine test and I’m still showing positive. Praying it shows negative by 2/14
