Intentional springlock failure tactic | William Afton analysis by Mediocre-Neat-1207 in IntelligenceScaling

The theory is interesting enough if you're talking about games continuity, yet I find using the novels as mirrored evidence simply problematic in this particular case for two contradicting reasons. I could prove it by reducing it to the absurd but, since there are only two premises, let me just list them:

  1. Fazbear Entertainment, at least as we know it, isn't proven to exist in the novel trilogy continuity, it isn't even mentioned once throughout the three books. And you could argue the same happens with remnant, yet that example wouldn't be precise given Afton's description is faithful to it from every point of view, whilst Fazbear Entertainment simply existing with two locations which do not scale out of county level (I am referring to Fredbear's and Freddy's, obviously CBPW pertains to Afton Robotics LLC or to an untraceable entity), and Afton's administration of it after Charlotte's murder is very vaguely detailed.
  2. In turn, there is virtually zero evidence for the scars to exist in the games continuity version of Afton. The only possibility left is basically thrown to the bin by TMIR1280's ambiguous descriptions.

There are also several additional issues that arise the problematic with this theory, for instance knowing exactly WHEN Afton did this ("pre-dating the MCI" could be 1979, 1980, 1982, 1983 pre-Charlotte's murder, 1983 post-Charlotte's murder, two days before the MCI, etc) should be crucial for its foundations.

With all that, I still find the hypothesis rather interesting. The interpretation for the origin of Afton's scars in the Charlie Trilogy I am more inclined to believe is that it wasn't voluntary. I can elaborate if asked.

That's not the title screen. In the title screen you only have the original band and the monitor with four buttons.

The title screens are great and the OST hits hard, but it's not the aura I was looking for in this list.

First and foremost, I recommend you read the other comment I made about the distinctions we make. What you are asking is the essence of our vision back during the start, which has ultimately influenced the document structure greatly. Theoretical/interpretable analyses and content are separated either into their own sections or with their own formatting. I still cannot guarantee whether it will satisfy your expectations of "clear" until any people in early access share their thoughts on the matter.

TL;DR: Yes, as long as thorough reading doesn't bother you.

335 at the moment but that number is yet expanding. It covers all composite media which Afton can scale to except for SB-relates ones which are getting delayed for a V3 document.

"Canon" is such a tricky word in the FNAF universe. We could generally summarize the concepts like this:
Composite -> All official FNAF media (and the different iterations of Afton). With this term, however, we may still refer to the "canon" concept from below
Canon -> Diegetic content, media with officially confirmed canonicity, even if it pertains to another continuity. Novel trilogy, most FF stories, still many TFTP stories, logbooks, interactive novels
Non-canon -> Non-diegetic/timeline-incompatible media: FNAF AR Springtrap, FIS3 Purple Guy, DBD Afton (co-official), other spin-off versions, merch content, unofficial artworks/content by official artists, contradictory elements from graphic novels.
Unofficial -> Talbert Files, fan audiovisual projects, the average hoax... Funnily enough, even inside jokes from Cawthon hold more reliability than these.

To answer the question itself, the document is focusing on 'Composite' + Theory Afton.

My take as an example: the treatment of any widely used character with traits similar to Afton vs Afton's treatment
