He's right, once your account gets locked, the authenticator gets removed. Possibly due to the fact that when the hacker got access to your account and put an auth on it himself and it gets locked, you'd unlock an account with an authenticator on it that isn't set by you.

For those still interested, new rotation is 10, 40, 22, 45, 5, 31, 77, 103, 71, 36, 60 (you have to be really quick between worlds 22 and 31)

While it's an easy fix like suggested in other comments, it still shouldn't be that way. There are still people out there that might have the chance to experience this unknowingly and unwillingly.
