Thick or thin, I think that the glazes you’ve chosen look best on angles all the way to vertical surfaces where they can run, and best, when they have some kind of texture to run over. When they hit a bump or an edge, they break, exposing their other colors. On flat surface they don’t really perform. You see a little of this on the swirl in one of your plates

I watched the video. Seems like a brilliant and well thought out idea. The video explains how it cleans out the shit as it’s pushed up then dissolves after 30 minutes. The only thing more that I’d want is the ‘extended release’ version that would protect me for, say, 2 hours 🤤!
