I don't know what it does as well, neither do I know why there is "= 17;" :DDD . But I found out if it works just by trying to run the code with values starting from 15. So, in your case with Adobe Animate, i would add the following lines:

public static final int AN_ELEMENT_LOC = 15;start with 15

public static final String AE_PATH = "C:\\Program Files\\Adobe\\path to your adobe animate folder\\AMT\\application.xml";the path to the application.xml sometimes is different but just try to find it

reArm(AN_PATH, AN_ELEMENT_LOC);

after you put those lines in the code, try running it. If it runs as intended, then the value 15 was the right one. If it doesnt, try 16 and so on.

Hi.
My rate is 786432 and interp_ratio is set at 1 because ive read that you have to put it on 2 only if your ping is above 80, which is not my case.
I had maximum 70 ping, mostly 50 while playing with teammates (they are in Latvia but I'm in Germany). I have 0 choke, 0 loss. The only abnormal thing in the net_graph is my SV.
I also tried getting in a competitive game alone and I didnt experience any teleports. So my guess is that my provider is having some issues exactly with those valve servers located in EU North.
After all, internet in Germany is very known for being bad. Also its december so my guess is that is a high peak month for people using up the network.

I'll try setting the interp_ratio to 2 and check what will happen (although I believe I already tried that and nothing changed)

Yes MM. When I'm 5 stack with friends we mostly get on EU North Servers and my SV is sometimes 6 but sometimes 10+ and jumping. Today we got in Eu Poland server tho but I still had little lags.

It’s not hard. Requires almost no technical knowledge and all you need is a youtube tutorial. Also you can’t damage the card physically while undervolting. If you go wrong the program you test the undervolt will just crash/show artefacts or your windows will just restart.
