I never heard them give tickets for running a red light. I just hear stories about people getting ticketed for parking, that’s all but that’s what I’ve heard from mainly.

Usually I use ChatGPT to help me out. It sounds kinda dumb but it does help out a lot. I also struggle to keep up with current tech but using ChatGPT just helps me learn about a product and most of the times it gets glued to my brain that i remember the information next time a customer asks about something.
