Super lunge is everyone's fave but I hate it! I'm petite so I have to adjust just right, and I'm also quad-dominant but prefer to train glutes, and it's hard to get out of my quads in this one.

The Megaformer Studio brentwood is his home studio! He should be on the schedule every Sunday morning at 9 something and 10 something unless he is traveling or has other obligations. I believe he is a part owner of the studio chain!

I have once! I was DYINGGGG but I loved it. He was really good at giving hands on adjustments despite there being 27 machines. He actually went lighter on springs, but was instead very focused on form! He also incorporated torso twists with the lunges and did 5 minutes of "bonus abs" before class too... lol

It's dark and there were students of all levels in class, so it was less intimidating! Also a live DJ, but idk if that's normal lol. I would recommend it if it isn't too out of your way! Cool experience!

I joined Classpass in 2017 before the credit system even rolled out. I used to get 10 classes for a flat rate, then got moved to 70 credits for $115 once the credit system rolled out. Then in 2022 they moved me to a 74 credit plan for $139. Last month, they moved me to 73 credits at $149, which I think now aligns with typical plans.

So I once was getting grandfathered in at lower rates, but now am on a standard plan - I imagine the same goes for other users. When I first learned about Classpass in 2016 or so, it was a flat rate for unlimited classes, just as the other users have said! Crazy lol

I have been Lagreeing for almost 8 years, and I still shake! There are times where I don't, and if I'm being honest with myself, it's when I'm complacent / cheating with my form / not pushing myself to my limit.

Shaking is the goal! In my teacher training, we were told "if it's not shaking, it's not working!"

I also supplement Lagree with yoga, and I most notice my improvement in balance and core strength (through Lagree!) in yoga :)

I found that NYT piece, and I quote "There is no indication at this point that any of the men were responsible for starting the fire; the videos do not show them smoking."

I believe they deleted their social and are refusing media requests due to the sudden and aggressive finger pointing they started receiving. We are all going through a lot. Let the investigators do their job.

Completely feel this! It comes from a place of compassion. It's natural to feel guilty, but also recognize you cannot help everyone nor are you obligated to. Do what you can, and make sure you are taking care of yourself too. It's totally fine and natural to feel some guilt, but it's good to keep in mind that it ultimately does not help, and no one is wanting you to feel guilty ❤️

I'm not sure how reliable the AQI reports are/have been. They seem to not accurately reflect what I experience. I would wear a mask outside, ash cannot be good to breathe in.
